## About the house

Villa Momo accommodates up to 10 guests across two structures. The Outdoor Living Villa contains an infinity pool, dining room, modern kitchen and bathroom with ocean views. The studio villa contains five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, a dining room and a studio living room with jungle views.

The interiors combine Japanese art, natural materials and a minimalist design. Open common spaces connect kitchen, dining, lounge and work areas, and the studio workspace has high ceilings. A balcony has a barbecue, bar and dining table with ocean views. Outdoor terraces and several gathering and relaxation areas overlook the jungle and coast.

Facilities include Starlink Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer, dryer, gym, microwave, refrigerator, outdoor shower, lawn and window coverings. Two garages and some beach supplies are available. Some parts of the property are wheelchair accessible. Solar backup serves only the living room, Wi-Fi and refrigerator during power outages.

Dominicalito Beach is a five-minute drive away, and the highway is two to three minutes away by car. San José airport is about 3.5 hours away by car. An alternative route is a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos airport followed by a 30-minute drive. Power outages can occur because of weather or falling branches. Water comes from nearby springs and can occasionally be interrupted. Solar backup serves only the living room, Wi-Fi and refrigerator. Accessibility is limited to some parts of the property.

Occasional encounters with insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles are part of the tropical setting and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy; pest control is in place. A service fee of $100 varies with the number of days. A cleaning fee of $250 applies.
