House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events are allowed. Young groups up to age 30 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen packages are available at published charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking, towel set €7 per booking, double-bed linen €18 per bed, single-bed linen €14 per bed, and bath mat €3 per booking. End-of-stay cleaning is €235 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. A refundable security deposit of €2,000 per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. Tourist tax is payable before the stay. Do not use domestic outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide arrival time. During low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
The town centre is 200 m away; Port Maria sandy beach is 1.5 km away. The bakery Les gourmandises de Lelouandre is 350 m away, Crêperie d'antan 400 m away and Spar 450 m away. Four outdoor parking spaces are reserved for guests.
