## About the house

Villa Miramar accommodates up to 10 guests and overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the Teeth of the Dog Golf Course coastline. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary seating, artwork and a large TV, with an adjoining dining area. A separate family room has built-in bookshelves, seating and another screen.

The kitchen has modern appliances, white cabinetry, a central island and a nearby breakfast nook. A dishwasher, barbecue, washer, dryer, safe, hair dryer, hot water and satellite or cable TV are provided. Staff are included.

The covered oceanfront gazebo contains two eight-seat dining tables, a lounge and a bar area. Sun loungers surround the heated private infinity pool. The private beach has a covered cabana, loungers, umbrellas and a secluded cove for swimming and snorkeling.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and sea-facing windows. The second bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a second-floor position with ocean views. Guest bedroom 3 has double-bed accommodation, an ensuite bathroom and a garden outlook; guest bedroom 4 has double-bed accommodation, an ensuite bathroom and bright windows. Guest bedroom 5 has twin-bed accommodation and an ensuite bathroom. The TV room contains two twin beds for additional sleeping flexibility, within the advertised maximum occupancy of 10.

Registered guests have access to resort facilities, including tennis courts, the fitness center, spa, equestrian and shooting centers, golf with advance tee times, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services. Golf, watersports and dining are available within the resort setting. La Romana International Airport is the nearest airport.

The villa is within gated Casa de Campo and has a private beach with a covered cabana and a swimming and snorkeling cove. Resort registration is required before arrival for access to resort facilities. Golf requires advance tee times.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Resort registration is required before arrival, and guests receive Casa de Campo ID cards for their stay. Mandatory registration fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and no fee for children under 4. An 18% service fee and resort fees are additional. The security deposit equals one night's stay. The pricing basis is double occupancy per bedroom.
