The property is fenced. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed. The swimming pool is seasonal and is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The villa of the owners is about 20 m away and has independent access; hedges and flower pots separate the two garden areas.
Getting there
The villa is about 1 km from Pieve al Toppo, where there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The A1 Autostrada del Sole exit at Arezzo is about 5 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property has an automatic access gate and parking inside the property.
