The villa is on a slope and local amenities including a minimarket, restaurant, beach and bar are 1 km away along the road. Beach Tice is 1.7 km away, and the nearest beach is stated as 1 km away. A car is highly recommended for access.

Pets are not allowed. The property has outdoor video monitoring at the entrance and parking areas.
