It is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa Mila is in San Terenziano, 1 km from shops and services. The property has 100 metres of dirt access road. The swimming pool is on a lower terrace reached by 15 metres of lawn and 8 gravel and wooden steps. The house has two floors, with 17 steps from the sitting room to the first floor. Parking is inside the property with space for 3 uncovered cars.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Small pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property is not fenced.
