The house

The stone-built villa has an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and direct garden access on the first floor, together with a separate bathroom. The second floor has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and a TV, and two separate bathrooms. Each of the three bathrooms has a shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 also has a mattress sleeping space, and the living room has one sleeping space on a sofa bed, mattress or similar.

The fenced 401 m² garden has a private heated outdoor pool of 32 m², four sun loungers, a covered dining area, a brick barbecue and an outdoor shower. A playground and table tennis provide additional activities. A tavern reached from the garden has a fireplace, kitchen, wooden benches, TV, stereo system and separate WC.

Kitchen equipment includes an oven, refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, satellite television and DVD player are available. The house is fully air-conditioned, insulated for year-round use and has some underfloor heating. One cot and one high chair are provided. The villa was refurbished in 2015.

Debeljak is next to Sukosan, with the nearest beach and sea/rock-bound coast 4 km away. The nearest restaurant is 4 km away and ZAD airport is 10 km away. Sukosan offers cycling, beach volleyball, basketball, sailing, diving, rafting and windsurfing opportunities. Zadar, 7 km from Sukosan, has attractions including the Sea Organ and Monument to the Sun.
