The house

Villa Mia occupies a large private plot at the top of the Tourlos area, with views spanning more than 220 degrees and taking in islands including Tinos. Traditional whitewashed architecture is paired with modern Art Deco interiors. The property extends over three levels and comprises a main villa and two independent guest accommodation areas, offered together for up to 12 guests.

The main villa has an open-plan living area with a fireplace, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The upper-floor master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a private sea-view balcony. Two further double bedrooms a few steps lower have en suite bathrooms and direct garden access, a few metres from the pool.

One independent guest accommodation area contains two double bedrooms; the other contains one double bedroom. Both have en suite bathroom facilities and direct access to the garden and pool area. There are six bathrooms in total. Outdoors, the private infinity pool is accompanied by sunbeds, a shaded lounge and an alfresco dining area. Downtown is a five-minute drive away.
