The property is about 5 km from Cortona and has a 200 m unpaved access road. The pool is about 25 m from the villa at a slightly higher level and is reached by a few steps. Six covered parking spaces are available inside the property. The nearest listed beach is the Tyrrhenian Sea at Castiglione della Pescaia, 149 km away.
