House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged with separate payment.
Getting there
A vehicle is recommended for trips into Telluride and Mountain Village. Visitor parking in Mountain Village provides access to skiing. The property permits a maximum of eight cars.
