Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable from November 1 through April 30. A 10,000 TRY security deposit is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found.

The sea and beach are 1.8 km away, the center is 1 km away, and a mini-market, restaurant and bus stops are 600 m away. The villa is in Kızıltaş, Kalkan.
