The house

The 185 m² villa stands on a 4,700 m² plot and combines Cycladic architecture with contemporary interiors. The open-plan living and dining areas have sea views. The ground level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-bed master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom. The upper-level master bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony.

An additional lower-level bedroom is available for personnel upon request. It has a single bed, an en-suite shower bathroom, air conditioning, a smart TV and an independent entrance.

Outside, the 42 m² private pool has a hydromassage feature, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Landscaped gardens and pergola-shaded lounges surround the outdoor spaces, with a wind-protected alfresco dining and bar area.

Facilities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart 4K HD televisions with Netflix and YouTube, security cameras, an alarm system, safe boxes, a smoke alarm and bath amenities. Private parking accommodates four cars. Daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice weekly, professional pool cleaning and maintenance, garden maintenance and 24/7 team support are provided.
