## About the house

The villa accommodates six guests across two levels and an outbuilding, surrounded by a large garden with palms and olive trees. The living room has armchairs, a coffee table and a dining table, and opens onto a veranda with a second dining table. The separate equipped kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Two ground-floor bedrooms each have a double bed, television and bedside tables. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub. Stairs from the living room lead to an upper-floor sea-view terrace and a reading corner with a sofa. The third double bedroom is in the outbuilding, with independent access and its own bathroom. The three beds are queen-size.

The garden has outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool with sun loungers, open from 16 May to 30 September. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a hairdryer are available.

The beach is just a few steps away, and Palermo airport is approximately 100 km away. Cefalù has a Norman cathedral with Byzantine mosaics, the Mandralisca Museum with archaeological exhibitions, and the Rocca di Cefalù, whose summit contains medieval castle ruins.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Weekly electricity consumption of 200 kWh is included; excess consumption costs €1 per kWh. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
