## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests, excluding infants, and has three bathrooms. The bedrooms include one 180 cm king-size bed, two 160 cm queen-size beds and two bunk beds providing four sleeping places in the fourth bedroom.

A fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room overlook the pool. Outdoors, there is a terrace with a dining table, a spacious garden and a gated property boundary. A balcony, baby bath and clothes dryer are also available.

Air conditioning is provided in all rooms. Towels and bed linen are included, with housekeeping before arrival and after departure. Internet access and a water reserve system are provided.

ZeWelcome provides a dedicated concierge before, during and after the stay, refreshments and a welcome cocktail on arrival. Partner services include excursions, car rental and airport transfers; a selection of local events is available on request.

The villa is 45 minutes by car from Pointe-à-Pitre airport and less than five minutes from Saint-François town and its shops, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and fish and spice market. Nearby attractions include the marina, international golf course, casino and aerodrome. Beaches are less than 10 minutes away by car, and Pointe-des-Châteaux is about a 10-minute drive away.
