Pets are not accepted. Outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November through 30 April because of weather conditions. A security deposit is required and is returned after departure if no damage is found.

The villa is in Kızıltaş, Kalkan. The listed distances are 1.5 km to the centre, 1.5 km to the sea/beach, 1.5 km to a restaurant, 1.5 km to a mini-market, 500 m to bus stops and 1.5 km to a hospital or health centre.
