The villa is a restored 19th-century chestnut storage and drying house with terracotta floors, wooden-beamed ceilings, pietra serena fireplaces and antique furnishings. It has four double bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a living room, a TV room and a landscaped garden with a pergola, built-in barbecue and panoramic swimming pool.

It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The villa is about 10 km from Lucca's historic centre. Access includes 1 km of unpaved road and a narrow village passage unsuitable for vehicles wider than 2 metres (6.5 feet). The pool is about 40 metres from the villa and is reached by stairs. Covered parking is available for four cars. Viareggio beach on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 31 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Heating is available on request and charged according to consumption. The property is partially fenced. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
