House rules
The advertised price covers six guests; each additional guest incurs an extra charge. The sixth guest sleeps on the sofa bed opened in the living room. Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable from 1 November through 30 April.

The villa is 2 km from the sea and has its own beach and pier. A supermarket is 2 km away, a restaurant is 3 km away and the nearest listed airport, Dalaman Airport, is 110 km away.
