This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Smoking, pets and barbecue use are prohibited. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Balearic Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
