House rules
The property is available as a private structure on a lease-only basis. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa is 4 km from Mazara del Vallo. Listed beaches include Conte Bay at 3.6 km, Seafront Fata Morgana at 3.9 km, Marausa Beach at 3.9 km, Capo Feto Beach at 4 km, Tonnarella at 4.3 km and Torretta Granitola Beach at 4.5 km. Shops and services are 2.3 km away, including a supermarket, and restaurants are 1.2 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. Parking is inside the property for up to 10 cars.
