## About the house

The villa occupies two floors and includes a lower-level independent apartment within the same stay. Outside are sun loungers, a barbecue and a large porch.

The renovated main floor has a living room with TV and air conditioning, a kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, and two air-conditioned double bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; a separate bathroom has a bathtub.

The traditional-style lower apartment has a combined kitchen, dining and living space with TV and ceramic hob, an air-conditioned double bedroom and a shower bathroom. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and high chair can be supplied for babies. The fireplace is decorative only.

Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available, with outdoor spaces for two cars and a garage space for one car. There is no swimming pool. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are available in the surrounding residential area. Caleta de Portals Nous is 450 metres away, and Portals Nous beach is also nearby.

Parking is limited to two outdoor spaces and one garage space.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace is decorative only. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
