Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable from 1 November through 30 April because it is emptied during this period. Garden irrigation operates between 18:00 and 19:20.

The beach is 2 minutes away by car or 8 minutes on foot. Restaurants and local tea gardens are 250–800 m away; chain markets are 250–800 m away. A restaurant and the beach are each listed as 500 m away, a supermarket as 400 m away, a health clinic as 150 m away, and the centre as 20 km away.
