## About the house

The villa has a natural-grass garden surrounding a 10 × 5 m saltwater pool, with depths of 1.2–2.1 m. Five sun loungers and two parasols are provided. A furnished porch and barbecue offer an outdoor dining space with sea views.

The single-floor interior includes an air-conditioned living room with four sofas and a Smart TV, connected to the dining room. The equipped kitchen has an induction cooker, cooking utensils and a further dining area. Wi-Fi is available.

Four bedrooms have a double bed each, and the fifth has two single beds. The first double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The next two double bedrooms share an en-suite shower bathroom. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. All five bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A washing machine, dryer and iron are available.

Outdoor parking accommodates six cars. Marratxí is near Palma, with access to shops, services, leisure activities and cultural sights. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events and pets are not permitted.

The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
