## About the house

Guests have exclusive use of the ground floor of a two-level villa; the owners occupy the second floor. The spacious living area has large French doors overlooking the pool, sofas including a double sofa bed, a television and a game console. The dining area has a large table and garden-facing seating, with a separate fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven and dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms and an indoor bathroom with a shower. The bedroom layout includes a bunk bed, and additional sleeping space is provided by the double sofa bed in the living area. Outside, a cabin-style area contains two further bathrooms with showers and a laundry room.

The furnished garden has a pergola for outdoor meals, a barbecue area and a children's play area. The saltwater swimming pool is private. Parking and the adjacent small garden are shared with the owners. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport is a 30-minute drive away, and Bari Station is 10 km away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The published arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40.
