Artworks and sculptures by Giovanni Manganelli are displayed throughout the villa and garden. The owner lives in a separate wing with a private entrance and is discreetly available if needed.

The pool is reached by a sloped path with railing and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The surrounding WPC decking is approximately 120 sq m, including an 80 sq m sunbathing area with sunbeds and shaded seating under a canopy.

The villa is near Camaiore in Versilia. Lido di Camaiore is 5 km away; Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are also nearby. The property has 200 m of paved private access road, parking inside the property, and the pool is reached by a sloped path with railing. The villa is approximately 7 km from Viareggio train station.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
