The villa is in the Riccione area. Free and equipped sandy beaches are 4 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. Scacciano is 400 m away and Riccione is 4 km away.

The property is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are accepted on request. The pool is seasonal and is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October.
