The Vendicari Nature Reserve is 5 km away, Marzamemi is 10 minutes away and Noto is about 20 minutes away.

The 16 x 4 m infinity pool is on a lower level of the garden, about 50 m from the villa, and is reached by 15 steps. The depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.80 m. The pool has lighting, nearby changing facilities with hot-water showers and a bathroom, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The Vendicari Nature Reserve and San Lorenzo beach are 5 km away; Lido di Noto is 10 km away. The lane leading to the house is unpaved for the last 500 metres. There are 4–5 uncovered parking spaces inside the property. The pool is on a lower garden level reached by 15 steps. Noto train station is 14 km away and Catania Airport is 98 km away.

Pets are accepted on request. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The park includes a pond; care is advised with children in this area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
