The property has a private outdoor pool and a covered indoor pool. The indoor pool measures 2.25 m by 5.60 m with a depth of 1.20 m. It can be heated free of charge from 1 October to 30 April on request, with temperatures adjustable up to 25–29°C; during other months, heating is available for a weekly fee. The outdoor pool measures 6.10 m by 11.50 m with a depth of 1.50 m and is emptied and unavailable from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions.

The property is in Ölüdeniz/Ovacık. The sea/beach is 6.5 km away, a mini-market is 2 km away, the center is 2 km away, a hospital or health center is 4.5 km away, and Dalaman Airport is 65 km away.

Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable from 1 November to 30 April because it is emptied due to weather conditions. A 10,000 TRY deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found. The property is cleaned before arrival, and towels are prepared according to the guest capacity. Garden and outdoor-pool maintenance is carried out early each morning; indoor-pool maintenance is excluded.
