The pool measures 12.5 m by 4 m and is 1.55 m deep. The third bedroom is in the basement, has independent access from the pool terrace and is reached from outside. The American-style kitchen is on the ground floor. The living room has pool and nature views and access to the poolside.

The final 400 metres of the road to the villa are an unpaved, stabilized dirt road. A mini market and restaurant are 1.5 km away; the beach, bus stops, health centre and centre are each 6 km away.
