- The main house has a laundry room. Each apartment has a washing machine; a dryer is also available.

Pool
PoolThe pool is on the lower terrace and measures 3 x 7 metres, with a depth of 1.2 to 2.1 metres. It has chlorine purification, internal spotlights, five internal steps and a ladder. The surrounding paved area has deck chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and a solar shower. It is available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
