## About the house

The villa sleeps up to 10 guests and combines whitewashed curves, built-in furnishings and marble details. On the ground floor, the living area has a fireplace, French doors and two single sofa beds, alongside an indoor dining area and a bathroom with shower. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the terrace and includes an oven, hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and toaster.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have French doors opening onto sea-view balconies; Bedroom 3 also has a twin sofa bed. There are four bathrooms in total.

The 70-square-metre swimming pool is reserved for the four villas in the complex. Outdoor lounge and dining areas sit on both sides of the villa, with panoramic sea views, wooden pergolas and shaded seating. Landscaping includes natural rocks, bougainvillea, ornamental plants and cacti. A private terrace and veranda are available.

Amenities include individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, private parking, daily maid service, guest laundry, an iron and ironing board, a safe, hairdryer, bath amenities, pool and beach towels, and television with cable/satellite and movie/sport channels. House wine and a fruit basket are provided on arrival. One complimentary one-way airport or port transfer is included with advance notice. Concierge assistance, car and motorbike rental, boat trips, massage, and beauty treatments and doctor visits on request are available.

Psarou and Platys Gialos beaches are each 1.8 km away, approximately four minutes by car. Mykonos Town is 3 km away, approximately eight minutes by car.
