The house

The 170 sq.m villa accommodates up to ten guests in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Cycladic architecture and modern furnishings accompany open-plan living spaces.

The ground floor has a living area with a fireplace and French doors, an indoor dining area, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and terrace access, and a shower bathroom. The mezzanine has a queen bedroom with a double sofa bed and a shower bathroom. Upstairs are a bedroom with single bunk beds and an en-suite shower, a queen bedroom with a sea-view balcony, and a queen bedroom with a single sofa bed and a sea-view balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub is also on the top floor.

Outdoor lounge and dining areas occupy both sides of the villa, with pergola-shaded seating, a private terrace and veranda. The 70 sq.m swimming pool is shared exclusively by the four villas in the complex. White plaster finishes, natural rock, wooden pergolas, bougainvillea, ornamental plants and cacti frame the outdoor spaces.

Amenities include individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, private parking, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, television with cable/satellite and movie/sport channels, soundproof windows, a safe, hairdryer, bath amenities, an iron and ironing board, and guest laundry services. Daily maid service, pool and beach towels, and house wine and a fruit basket on arrival are available. Pets are allowed, and non-smoking rooms are available.

One complimentary one-way airport or port transfer is included with advance notice. Concierge assistance supports transportation and local arrangements. Other offered services include car and motorbike rental, boat trips, massage, beauty treatments on request and a doctor on request. Psarou and Platys Gialos beaches are each 1.8 km away, and Mykonos Town is 3 km away.
