# Villa Luze I Mykonos, Greece (general area) ## About the house The 170 sq.m villa accommodates up to ten guests in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Cycladic architecture and modern furnishings accompany open-plan living spaces. The ground floor has a living area with a fireplace and French doors, an indoor dining area, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and terrace access, and a shower bathroom. The mezzanine has a queen bedroom with a double sofa bed and a shower bathroom. Upstairs are a bedroom with single bunk beds and an en-suite shower, a queen bedroom with a sea-view balcony, and a queen bedroom with a single sofa bed and a sea-view balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub is also on the top floor. Outdoor lounge and dining areas occupy both sides of the villa, with pergola-shaded seating, a private terrace and veranda. The 70 sq.m swimming pool is shared exclusively by the four villas in the complex. White plaster finishes, natural rock, wooden pergolas, bougainvillea, ornamental plants and cacti frame the outdoor spaces.
