House rules
A minimum stay of 3–5 nights applies. Fifty percent of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. The balance and refundable security deposit are due 30 days before arrival; full payment is due at booking when booking 30 days or fewer before check-in. Cancellation terms are: 60 or more days' notice, full refund; 30–59 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental rate; less than 30 days, no refund.
Getting there
The property is on the water's edge with a private pathway and steps providing beach access to Playa Rosada. At lower tides, Playa Santana can be reached by a short walk around the rock reef. The property is in the gated Rancho Santana residential community.
