## About the house

The first floor has three independent ensuite guest rooms, each measuring 70 square metres, with private sea-view balconies, air conditioning, safes, TVs and CD players. The second floor contains the main entrance, three ensuite double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a salon with a table for 12 guests; all areas on this level are air-conditioned.

The third-floor master room has air conditioning, a TV, CD player and safe, together with a private wooden veranda and an outdoor massage, yoga and relaxation area. This pergola-covered area has loungers, a rear stone wall and a side glass wall, with the front and left sides open to the sea view. The extra room can also serve as the eighth ensuite bedroom.

Outdoor facilities include a private infinity pool, bar, barbecue, dining area, hammocks, sunbeds, loungers, sofas and armchairs. A lower-level porch has a living area. The villa also has a tennis court, gym, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, Wi-Fi and private covered parking. Daily maid service and daily pool maintenance are provided, along with pool towels and a shower and changing room.

Services include airport and port transfers, concierge assistance, boat trips, car and motorbike rental and massage. Internal staff, a porter, beauty treatments, a doctor, and helicopter, yacht or private-jet rental are available on request. Beach sunbeds and umbrellas are also offered as a service.
