The fenced grounds include a garden, a 5 × 3 m swimming pool with depths of 1.10–1.40 m, sun loungers and parasols. The terrace has a table-tennis table, tables and a barbecue. There are neighbours nearby.
Inside, the living and dining room has air conditioning, television, satellite TV and a CD player. The separate kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with Wi-Fi, fans, towels, a hair dryer and a safe.
All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; Bedroom 2 has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom; Bedroom 3 has two single beds. There is a third shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
Alcúdia Beach is 0.8 km away. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are nearby; the supermarket is 0.2 km away. Port d'Alcúdia is 2.8 km away, and Alcúdia village has medieval walls and markets on Tuesdays and Sundays. Pets and events are not permitted. A damage deposit and tourist tax are payable on arrival.
