Villa Lumiere III occupies 130 square metres across three levels on a rocky hillside in the residential area of Pouli. Its 180-degree Aegean views extend toward Delos, Rhenia and Tinos. Built in 2008 and renovated in 2022, the villa combines whitewashed forms, curved lines, wooden beams, built-in furnishings and marble finishes.

The living area has a fireplace and French doors, alongside a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with terrace access. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, hotplates, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and toaster. A full bathroom has a shower. The mezzanine bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed. The ground-floor sleeping accommodation comprises a queen bedroom with a double sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom and French-door access to the pool area, a twin bedroom and another queen bedroom. A further full bathroom has a bathtub.

Outdoors are a private 20-square-metre swimming pool, pergola-shaded lounging areas, multiple seating areas, barbecue facilities and outdoor dining, with sea and sunset views. Natural rock, Mediterranean planting, bougainvillea and cacti surround the terraces.

Facilities include individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, parking, guest laundry, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, bath amenities, a safe, soundproof windows and flat-screen cable/satellite TV with movie and sport channels. Beach and pool towels, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, and shower and changing facilities are offered. Pets are allowed, and non-smoking rooms are available.

A complimentary airport/port shuttle is included. Services include concierge assistance, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, massage, beauty treatments on request, a doctor on request, and fax and photocopy services.
