Getting there
The villa is in a hilly position overlooking Silvi Marina. Silvi Marina and its beaches are 3 km away; the train station is 3 km away. Access includes 1 km of very narrow paved road in good condition. The property is elevated above the road, and the garden in front of the portico slopes downward without fencing.
