The 4 x 10 m pool is a few metres from the house and has salt purification, internal lights, Roman steps, a depth of 1.35 to 1.90 m, a travertine-and-lawn solarium, sunbeds and an umbrella. It is available from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October. Heating may be provided depending on outside temperatures, with 7 days' prior notice, up to 26 degrees.

The villa is in a hilly position overlooking Silvi Marina. Silvi Marina and its beaches are 3 km away; the train station is 3 km away. Access includes 1 km of very narrow paved road in good condition. The property is elevated above the road, and the garden in front of the portico slopes downward without fencing.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property is not fenced. One small or medium-sized pet is allowed. The study can be used as an additional sleeping room with a 140 cm sofa bed.
