Villa Loredana is a private-use property consisting of a main farmhouse and a two-storey annex. It has six bedrooms, shared indoor and outdoor spaces, a fenced garden of approximately 3,000 square metres, two swimming pools, shaded dining areas, a barbecue and a decorative pond. The owners' house is adjacent but separated by a fence; the owners do not live there daily and remain available if required.

The property has two pools. The main pool measures 12 by 6 metres, with a variable depth of 1.20 to 1.40 metres. The adjacent children's pool measures 6 by 3 metres and has a constant depth of 0.50 metres. The pools are open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool area has a tiled path, a light-stone solarium, sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and a shower.

The property is near Montaione. Access includes 300 metres of slightly downhill unpaved road. The garden has several levels connected by stone steps. Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 60 km away. Montaione is 12 km away and Iano is 2 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Only one small pet is permitted. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted; villa services are provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
