House rules
No smoking. No pets. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. A refundable EUR 1,500 security deposit is required. Pool heating is optional and charged separately.
Getting there
Pollensa is within walking distance. Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa beaches are a five-minute drive away. The villa has parking, but the listing gives two spaces in the property details and three-car parking in the key features.
