The annex is about 30 metres from the villa and is available on request at an extra cost.

The villa is about ten minutes by car from the sea. Free and equipped sandy beaches are 4 km away. Access includes 200 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The property has three covered parking spaces inside and one uncovered space outside.

The property is fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are accepted on request. The annex and its second spa are available on request at an extra cost.
