The property is partially fenced with wire mesh.

The villa is 2 km from Ascoli Piceno. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. Beaches include Porto d'Ascoli and San Benedetto del Tronto, both 40 km away, and Grottammare, 46 km away.

This is a private structure for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The property is partially fenced with wire mesh. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
