House rules
The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions.
Getting there
Kayaköy is 2 km from the centre of the village and Fethiye city centre is 8 km away. The nearest stated beach is 5 km away. A mini-market and restaurant are 2 km away, and the bus stop is 1 km away. The last 150 m of the road to the villa is surfaced with stabilized material.
