House rules
The property does not accept pets. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from 1 November through 30 April. A 10,000 TRY security deposit is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found.
Getting there
The property is 5 km from the sea and 2 km from a mini market, restaurant and the centre. The final 150 metres of the road to the villa are stabilized. Kayaköy is 8 km from Fethiye city centre.
