House rules
Pets are not allowed. A refundable breakage deposit is required. Utilities are included up to a weekly allowance. Pool heating, when available and requested, incurs an additional charge. Children are accommodated, and the attic can be used as a play area.
Getting there
The villa is in a quiet residential area in the north of Mallorca, between Alcudia and Pollensa bays, a few metres from two white-sand beaches overlooking Alcudia Bay.
