Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property is not fenced in. Four deactivated surveillance cameras are positioned at the corners of the house.
Getting there
The villa is in the countryside near Monte San Savino. The access road is paved to the house gate, followed by 20 metres of unpaved road inside the property. The pool is 80 metres from the courtyard and is reached by a grass path or six steps. Monte San Savino is 11 km away; Arezzo is 32 km away and Siena is 36 km away.
