The property is not fenced in. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The pool is seasonal, opening from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The property is in the countryside near Monte San Savino. Access roads are paved up to the gate, followed by 20 metres of unpaved road inside the property. The pool is 80 metres from the courtyard and can be reached by a grass path or six steps. Monte San Savino is 11 km away; Arezzo is 32 km away and Siena is 36 km away. The nearest listed restaurant is in Palazzolo, 5 km away. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
