The property is enclosed by a one-metre-high metal mesh fence with barbed wire. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Pets are allowed. The swimming pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Getting there
The property has a private path of about 400 metres to a pebble beach. The access roads include 300 metres of private, slightly uneven road with bends; the road is 3.50 metres wide and should be driven slowly. Parking is available for up to five cars. Caronia Marina is 7 km away, and the nearest beaches with bathing establishments are in Acquedolci, 12 km away, and Sant’Agata di Militello, 17 km away.
