House rules
The property is enclosed by a one-metre-high metal mesh fence with barbed wire. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Pets are allowed.
Getting there
A private path of about 400 m leads to the property's pebble beach. The approach includes 300 m of private, slightly uneven road with bends; the road is 3.50 m wide and vehicles should drive slowly. Caronia Marina is 7 km away.
