The house

The home is one of seven units in a fenced complex. A private gate opens onto a fenced outdoor deck and the home's own entrance. The ground floor has open-plan living and dining, a modern equipped kitchen, a study nook, laundry and a powder room. A private fenced rear courtyard has alfresco dining, a Weber barbecue and tropical planting.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and fans, and the renovated main bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 normally has two singles, with an optional king setup requiring 72 hours' notice and an additional $60 charge. Air conditioning is provided throughout.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso-compatible pod machine. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, bathroom hand and body wash, starter condiments, linen and towels including beach towels are provided. A portacot, high chair and beach trolley are available; bring your own cot linen. Children and infants are welcome.

Guests have access to the home, a single carport and the shared outdoor pool. Free street parking is also available. One pet is permitted per booking. Sunshine Beach village, the patrolled beach and Sunshine Beach Surf Club are an easy short walk away. Ferris Park, directly opposite, has a basketball court and playground. Longer stays are also allowed.
